Introduction
North Valley Creative is a freelance business based in Phoenix, Arizona, offering creative and technical support to small businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to promote clarity, protect both parties, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Scope of Services
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- WordPress website builds and logo design
- WooCommerce setup and Stripe integration
- Merchandise design and presentation materials
- YouTube video creation, editing, and uploads
- Social media ad design, account setup, and task support
- Document drafting, spreadsheet cleanup, and email templates
- Branding, automation, and workflow optimization
- Instructional walkthroughs and client education
- Technical troubleshooting, plugin audits, and SEO setup
- Affiliate integrations and client dashboards
All services are scoped in writing before work begins. Requests outside the original scope may require a revised quote or retainer adjustment.
Retainer Agreements
North Valley Creative primarily operates on a retainer basis. Retainers secure availability, prioritize your work, and define the scope and hours covered. Unused time does not roll over unless explicitly agreed upon. Legacy clients transitioning from ad-hoc support must accept updated terms before new work is performed.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Work begins only after payment is received for new clients or projects
- Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees
- Chargebacks or disputes must be communicated directly before escalation
North Valley Creative reserves the right to decline future work for clients who fail to meet payment obligations.
Communication
Email is the preferred method of communication to ensure clarity and maintain records. Scheduled calls may be arranged when necessary, but spontaneous calls are discouraged. Project updates, deliverables, and feedback loops are managed via email or shared documents.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of original content and branding assets they provide. North Valley Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise requested. Final deliverables are transferred upon full payment.
Confidentiality
All client information—including business plans, credentials, and internal documents—is treated as confidential. We do not share or sell client data.
Revisions and Feedback
Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Feedback should be provided in writing and within the agreed timeline to avoid delays.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Retainer clients must provide 14 days’ notice to cancel ongoing services. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly.
Liability
North Valley Creative is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party service failures. While we strive to deliver reliable and secure solutions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to external platforms or hosting providers.
Results Disclaimer
North Valley Creative provides creative and technical services designed to support your business goals. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, sales conversions, or customer engagement. We build systems, design assets, and optimize workflows — but ultimate results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, customer behavior, and third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for their own business performance and decisions.
